Boobie Bikkies® Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions of Boobie Bikkies® are a super easy way to get your monthly supply of Bikkies at a terrific price.
Just sign up by choosing 5 cartons of any combination of flavours and let us do the rest!
Your monthly supply will be sent on the sign-up date of your order (ie, if you signed up on the 1st day of the month, then your monthly subscription will be dispatched every month on the 1st until you decide to stop).
You can cancel your Subscription and any time free of charge – that means no lock in contracts or cancellation fees EVER (the only condition is that you cancel no later than 5-working days before your next dispatch date is due).
Recurring payments will be deducted by your chosen credit card of via PayPal every month of your sign-up date (unless cancelled 5 working days before next dispatch date).
What is in my Boobie Bikkies® Monthly Subscription?
Our monthly subscriptions comprise of 5 x cartons of Boobie Bikkies®.
Each Boobie Bikkie® carton includes 10 x 30g individually wrapped yummy, super fresh and super nutritious biscuits.
You can choose a number of flavour combinations, or just stick with your one favourite flavour if you like!
By subscribing to a monthly order, you only need to pay $110.00AUD INCLUDING shipping – this SAVES you a total of $24.75.
We take payments using Braintree and Paypal. In order to take a recurring subscription payment your payment details need to be saved on Braintree’s secure servers.
A corresponding token is saved on the Boobie Bikkies website in your customer account, and each month at the time the subscription payment is taken, the token is matched with your payment details on the Braintree server.
If you do not have a customer account on the Boobie Bikkies website, a customer account will be created at the time of checkout.
To ensure your second and subsequent subscription cycles are billed correctly, please see that the ‘Save this card for future use’ (for Credit Card payments) or ‘Save this account for future use’ (for Paypal account payments) on the Checkout page remain checked.
After your successful payment at the Checkout, you will be able to view your Customer account and see the details of your subscription, and view the saved Credit Card or Paypal account information.
Please note: no credit card details are saved on the Boobie Bikkies server at any time.
Can I change my flavour combinations?
Of course!! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you would like to change your carton combination and we can arrange that for you (we just need to know no later than 5 days before your next dispatch date).
How do you ship out my Monthly Subscription?
We use both Australia Post and various couriers to deliver your subscription depending on your location. When your monthly order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time (but not less than 5 days before your next dispatch date) by simply emailing us at: email@example.com and we will cancel your subscription for you – easy as that.
You can also cancel your subscription through your customer account. Simply log in, click 'My Subscriptions' from the side menu, click 'Edit' next to your subscription, and click 'Terminate Subscription' near the bottom of the page.
Any technical troubles?
We are in the process of implementing a new platform to process and manage our subscriptions so that they are super easy and amazing in every way for you, so we just want to put it out there that during this transition, if you experience any technical issues of any kind, we are sorry!
