Returns Policy

If an item is defective, Boobie Bikkies, will accept a return of the item and either refund you the price in full or offer a replacement.

Boobie Bikkies must be notified of any defective goods within 3 days of receipt of the order.

Please note, samples cannot be returned or replaced.

Please note, we cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind after purchase.

 

Shipping within Australia

Our promise is that your order will be dispatched within 2 business days, but on most occasions, we dispatch same day or next day*.

We dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse three days a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (but not on Public Holidays that fall on these days). Daily cut off time is 3pm.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number.

We use both Australia Post and Couriers Please to deliver your orders. Once your reach the checkout, you will be able to select the way you would like us to send your parcel. You can have your order sent via Australia Post Regular Post/Couriers Please or via the Australia Post Express Post network**. All sample orders are sent via Aust Post Regular Post.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian dollars.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalising your order. The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address and we cannot be liable for any loss associated.

If parcels are returned to us as RTS (return to sender) because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.

*Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience and we try to keep this to an absolute minimum.

**Please note that for regional and rural around Australia, it may be beneficial to consider sending your order via the Express Post network as transit time for the Regular Post/Couriers Please network to these areas is not always timely.

 

Shipping to New Zealand

Tracking my order

On the day your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email which will include a tracking number so you can follow your order through to delivery.

Boobie Bikkies Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions of Boobie Bikkies are a super easy way to get your monthly supply of Bikkies at a terrific price.

Just sign up by choosing 5 cartons of any combination of flavours and let us do the rest!

Your monthly supply will be sent on the sign-up date of your order (ie, if you signed up for your Subscription on the 1st day of the month, then your monthly subscription will be dispatched every month on the 1st).

You can cancel your Subscription and any time free of charge (but must be canceled more than 5 working days before your next dispatch date is due).

Recurring payments will be deducted by PayPal every month of your sign up date (unless canceled 5 working days before next dispatch date).

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your PayPal account, clicking "Details" next to the most recent Recurring Payment, on the next page clicking "View Details" and on the page after that click "Cancel".

Otherwise, simply email us at hello@boobiebikkies.com.au and we will cancel your subscription for you.
